BidX Marketplace Account Deletion

BidX Marketplace app by BIDX PRIME TRADE ZONE LTD

This page explains how users of the BidX Marketplace app (Android app and app.bidxprimetradezone.online) can request deletion of their BidX account and the personal data associated with it. You do not need to be signed in to make a request.

After you request deletion, your account is disabled and you are signed out immediately. You can recover it within 15 days by signing in and verifying a one-time code sent to your registered email address. When the 15-day period ends, your account is permanently deleted automatically.

How to request account deletion

Option 1: In the BidX app (recommended)

  1. Sign in to the BidX Marketplace app or app.bidxprimetradezone.online.
  2. Open Menu → Settings → Delete My Account.
  3. The app explains the 15-day recovery period and asks “Delete your BidX account?” Tap Yes, Delete My Account to continue, or No, Keep My Account to close the dialog without any change.
  4. After you tap Yes, Delete My Account, the app shows Account deletion scheduled with the date your account will be permanently deleted, and signs you out on every device. While deletion is scheduled the account is disabled.
  5. Changed your mind? Sign in again before the deadline. BidX sends a one-time code to your registered email address; after you enter it, choose Recover Account. Your account, shop and listings are restored. Choose Continue with Deletion to keep the original deadline.

Option 2: By email (if you cannot sign in)

  1. Email support@bidxprimetradezone.online from the email address linked to your BidX account.
  2. Use the subject line “BidX Account Deletion Request”.
  3. Include your name and the email address or phone number associated with your account so we can identify and verify the account.

If you do not recover your account

If the account is not recovered within the 15-day period, it and its associated data are permanently deleted automatically by BidX's secure server-side deletion process. Permanent deletion cannot be undone. Afterwards, the same email address can be used to create a new BidX account; a new account starts fresh and does not regain the old account's seller status, listings or data.

Both options start the same deletion process. Requesting deletion again does not extend the original deadline. You do not need to send more than one request.

Data that is deleted

Data that may be retained

When the 15-day period ends, BidX deletes your account and the personal data that is not required to be retained. Payment and subscription transaction records (reference, plan, amount, status and dates) are kept for accounting, settlement, dispute and fraud-prevention purposes, without your name, contact, bank or identity-document details. Pending payments and refunds are not cancelled or altered by deletion. Some information may be retained where necessary to meet legal, regulatory, accounting, payment, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, security, or other legitimate obligations. Any retained information is kept only for the period required for those purposes and is then securely deleted or anonymized.

For email requests, we may contact you if more information is needed to verify your identity. The same 15-day period applies from the date we receive a verified request.
